Engineered Working Station

The Sewing system EWS 6300 is a compact semiautomatic
Machine for sewing closing seams. The powerful sewing unit
Effects side seams or inseams on trousers, but also closing seams on
Jackets, skirts or sleeves. The stitch pattern can be either a safety seam, a
Double-chain stitch seam or an over lock seam. The beginning and the
End of the seam are controlled by photocells. An accurately adjustable
Contour guide ensures a consistent seam width along the entire length
Of the seam. Width distribution can be partially set by using the program
Control. The practice-proven switching unit allows the reliable switching
between manual sewing, e.g. for excessive hip curves, and automatic sewing of the remaining seam.
